My name is Dr. Shalena Orchard-Havens LAc, and I am a National & State Licensed Acupuncturist in Historic-Downtown Milwaukie OR.

I was introduced to Acupuncture in 1994 and started working at the front desk in 1995, mixing herbal formulas for patients and seeing the medicine work for 100’s of patients a month. I received a Bachelors of Arts in Biological Sciences, with a focus on medical/cultural Anthropology from the University of Alaska Anchorage in 2000. Followed by a Masters of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in Portland Oregon in 2004. In 2019 I completed my Doctorate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Pacific Col of Oriental Medicine, San Diego CA.

I have been practicing in the Milwaukie/SE Portland community since 2005, maintaining the current location at 2025 SE Jefferson Street, in Historic Downtown Milwaukie since Nov 2012.

basic Acupuncture (scheduled as 45min session) $70

Acupuncture + structural (Shiatsu, MPS, LLT) (scheduled as 60min session) $125 $70 base + $55 manual therapy/LLT

Structural work: Myofascial, Shiatsu, MPS, LLT (focused bodywork, scheduled as 15min session) $55

TeleHealth Consult (15 min video chat) $55
